Lost Password

We have removed lost password module in website but we are still doing it manually via Yahoo Messenger (noypimu@yahoo.com).

How?
Admin will ask for username and email. Email should be valid because admin will send the password to the registered email. In cases the email is not valid, you should provide the secret question and answer.

Password was lost because it was hacked?
The account can be recovered if you can provide the required account details enumerated above but you have to say goodbye to the items. We will never entertain isolated hacking issues caused by account owner's negligence and carelessness.

Some basic tips to avoid losing your account
> Do not give your account's username and password to anyone.
> Avoid using your name, nickname, cell number, birthday, etc. as your password.
> Do not browse websites other than the official noypimu website and forum.
> Use virtual keyboard or avoid shops if you suspect possible keylogger in computer.
> Make sure nobody is looking when you type your username and password.
