Regarding Lost Items

We are receiving reports that their items were lost due to disconnection, some bugs, scam, and other more reasons.

We would like to say that we cannot return those items unless they are donated which are untradeable and cannot be lost anymore in Chaos Machine. We really like to replace all lost items but our problem lies in the fact that our server logs cannot accurately show what items are lost in CM, that is why we can only protect those items that are +15 already.

Items are usually lost during a trade or while in chaos machine or seed researcher and your character got disconnected from server.

To minimize the chance of losing them:
> You should avoid trading or showing multiple items at the same time and make it quick.
> You can donate to upgrade your webshop items to +15 so we can return them if they get lost for whatever reason.
> Re-login as often as possible to save data.
