It is dropable sir. They are drops in all map.

hes telling about the panda ring or skeleton ring. or any ring that can be transform us.

hes saying that can we make the rings drop-able when we looted it . coz when we looted it those items cannot be sold and cannot be drop too.

as a cure on that situation Mr. niesan29 i would like to tell you 1tip. just create a new character and pass the items to that character then delete it.

but if you don't want to delete your char you may make another char on the other accounts and pass the rings. then delete it.
